'waterways and spheres of influence on the Gowanus' aims to analyze the land use around the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn, NY by examining the relationship of private property and public space in order to speculate future opportunities for development along the waterway.

this project re-imagines an alternative measurement of capacity in the coastal areas in Brooklyn, NY. in response to the analysis of Hurricane Sandy's aftermath, i proposed for conditions which allowed inundation to be part of the accepted cycle of cities. it received an honorable mention and was exhibited in Ankara, Turkey.
